This Toddler Bunk Bed set can be separated into two separate Toddler
Beds. It takes a standard crib sized mattress (not included). The Toddler Bunk Bed set has a solid pine slat package
instead of a bunk board. The Toddler Bed's are held together with 3/4" wooden dowels that are set into holes that
are drilled into the top and bottom of the posts. The safety rails are not removable, but mortised and screwed to the
posts. The wooden dowels are also set into the rails and are securely held into place with wood glue and pin nailed.
The ladders are hung on the side of the top Toddler Bed with metal hooks. Either Toddler Bed can be on top, depending
on which side you want the ladder on.
When painted, because it is made from solid pine, you
will see knots in the wood.
